How would you describe your services in short?

Know You More is an on-demand virtual coaching solution that enables organisations to deliver coaching development to everyone. By combining technology and a community of high quality coaches, Know You More meets the complex needs of impactful, human-centred learning in the workplace whilst requiring minimal internal resource.

What is your "philosophy" in offering coaching virtually?

Know You More was founded on the premise that the more we know about ourselves, individually and collectively, the greater the impact we can have. Professional coaching is recognised as the highest form of personal development yet it's access is still very much limited to certain levels or titles within organisations.

Our philosophy is to make professional coaching available to all. In combining technology and a community of coaches we have a human centred service creating powerful coaching relationships and skills development irrespective of geography or status. This 'why' goes beyond the workplace and into our communities.

As a registered social enterprise, the work we do with commercial organisations is reinvested into the development of young adults from all backgrounds. That they can access a human conversation that unlocks the confidence, skills and belief to make their impact in the World.

This can often complement an internal community initiative. In working in partnership with values-driven organisations we are investing both in their people and the communities that they serve for today and the future.
