Where can we see an example of your reporting dashboard?
Our dashboard reporting is specifically designed for each client based on the metrics they would like to capture.
You can view samples of our reporting here.
Please identify which metrics are required for all clients to use, and the degree to which metrics can be customised?
Satisfaction metrics are required by all clients to help support the improvement of the Know You More service. These include:
Feedback for the coach
Feedback on the Know You More experience
Impact of the coaching experience
Utilisation metrics are part of a standard setup and necessary to illustrate and track client spend and usage trends (e.g. the average number of sessions per coachee, average regularity, take up of the coaching provision).
All other metrics can be customised to the needs of the client and formulated into the evaluation questions for the purpose of data capture. These questions can also range from free text to rating and yes/no.
Are metrics available on a per-person basis, or only aggregated? If aggregated, what is the minimum number of respondents required for reporting?
Yes, metrics are available on a per-person basis. For the purposes of confidentiality in the coaching engagement, we always recommend transparency with the coachee on what individual data will be shared and whether it will be attributable.
Can anyone outside of the coachee provide input into coaching effectiveness (i.e. does coachee manager have a way to provide an assessment on behaviour change observed?) If yes, please elaborate.
Yes. Often we recommend this to create a more 360 perspective of the coaching impact and specifically when a line manager/sponsor has been involved in an initial 3-way contracting session.
The coachee can name the sponsor within their profile and will arrange the 3-way session with their coach.
On completion of the coaching programme, the manager/sponsor will receive their own evaluation questionnaire. Their data is then built into the agreed client suite of metrics.
What is the baseline used to measure coachee progress against (i.e. an assessment at the start of the process)?
Whether it be private goals agreed with their coach or public goals agreed with their sponsor/line manager, our belief is that the coachee has direct ownership of their goals and progress.
The baseline for these goals is a self-rating which can be influenced by:
- a development discussion with their sponsor/line manager
- an internal diagnostic
- an assessment questionnaire designed by KYM (optional)
- goals discussion with their coach
The goal is entered into the platform and the baseline (a rating between 1 and 10) created for each goal through answers to the following questions:
How close are you to achieving this goal today?
How confident are you in achieving this goal?
How confident are those around you of achieving this goal?
Can we see an example of a goal setting document?
A video showing the goal setting can be found here: https://wp.me/a8dLUo-17q
Can the administrator rights be allocated by certain specifications (i.e. for HR representatives to only be able to see data for their region or division)?
When set up as a client company on the Know You More platform, we can create multiple client users (e.g. by division) that would get specific access to data on their business area. With their access they will be able to review and receive data/reporting based on their region.
Reporting at a client company level would be designed specifically to the requirements of the lead stakeholder.
For clarity, client users do not have administrative access to the platform. Administrative access is only held, and indeed necessary, for the Know You More team.
How does your security/access management work? How granular can it be?
The platform has a permission model that incorporates four 'roles': a client, a coachee, a coach and administrator.
Please describe how your analytics work and what information can be made for evaluation and to whom.
Client has access to utilisation metrics and token spend via the platform.
Evaluation Metrics:
Are designed together with the client and programmed into the platform.
Evaluation Processing:
The coachee accesses goal tracking and evaluation questionnaires on the platform. Sponsors/line managers complete coachee evaluation via questionnaires sent to them via email.
Qualitative Data:
Trends and themes (unattributable) are collated through group sessions with client coaching pool.
Reporting: All data and analytical reporting is designed specifically for the client and can be reported at individual, team and organisational level.
