Please provide further detail of how your coaching framework is embedded into the platform/metrics, and which parts may be optional
Our coaching framework is not embedded within the platform. In our experience, each client will have their own requirements. Together we will use the framework to design the delivery and content of the coaching and the impact we are looking to achieve. With this established, we are then able to design the evaluation process within the platform to achieve the required client metrics.
Once the coach/coachee have been matched, how long would it normally take a coachee to get be able to get an appointment time with the coach?
On submission of their profile, a coachee will be matched with the coach making contact on the same day. It is normal for an initial chemistry conversation to happen soon after the match. Should a client wish to determine a specific SLA then this will be included within the selection of coaches and expectations set during their on boarding.

How does the coach-coachee matching work?
Know You More believes that the best and most impactful coaching experiences occur when a high degree of trust and rapport exists between the coach and coachee. Our method to consistently be able to create this level of relationship at scale combines technology and our personal/human knowledge of our coaching community
A coach profile is created together with the client (languages, experience etc) - these preferences are set within the platform.
The platform uses this data to identify suitable coaches and creates the client coaching pool.
The coaching pool are on-boarded by way of a group webinar onto the client programme.
The coachee then completes their profile and outlines areas such as their preferred coaching themes, development areas and logistical information (times, language etc).
On the coachee submitting their profile, the platform cross references this data and notifies the Know You More team to make a match.
A member of the Know You More team reviews the coachee profile alongside the 3 coaches that the platform has identified and completes a match.
This sends an email introduction to the coach and coachee who then schedule a chemistry/introduction session.
If required as part of the project, this chemistry session can also be a 3-way contracting session with a sponsor/line manager.
As a coachee is going through the matching process, they are also prepared for their coaching programme (also known as 'onboarding') through branded content and/or a 15-minute call with a member of the KYM team.
Know You More has a 97% first-time chemistry match rate; however, should either the coachee or coach believe that the necessary chemistry is not there, we will rematch again.
Can the coach selection be limited e.g. according to coachee level/title?
Yes - this is a key area of our on demand value proposition. Where there are specific requirements outlined for the coachee, the Know You More team will include this in the coach selection. In our experience this has ranged from level/title, to commercial background and all the way to subject matter e.g. an individual requires communication support for an industry level presentation or a team needs support with conflict and mediation.
What languages are available on the platform?
Currently the platform is in English. There is the ability for it be presented in another language on request.
Is there a backend administration tool to be used? What can be done with it?
All clients receive access to the platform and are able to track utilisation and token spend.
Reporting and dashboards are designed specifically for each client shared via soft copy.
