It is normal for access to be requested from your IT service team which may including adding portal.knowyoumore.com and stg1.knowyoumore.com to your firewall whitelist. The platform will require your internet browser to be fully up to date and compatible. We have had previous experience of organisations, still operating IE7, having to ask their IT departments to update their browser.

Coaching tools to raise awareness or required as part of a tailored coaching programme can be shared ahead of or during the virtual coaching sessions in a variety of formats.
