May (US):
Hi there! I am an experienced Business Coach specialising in Leadership and Performance. I have experience in the Financial Services, NGO and Technology sectors, and work in trusting partnership with people who strive to lead with purpose and have a positive impact on the relationships they build around them.
As a Coach, I have over 400 coaching hours, am accredited with the International Coaching Federation and qualified to deliver the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i). I also hold a Master’s degree, which explored Key Stages of Employee Engagement and Meaning and Identity in Work - an area that has become more relevant today as people search for their ‘why’ and finding purpose in work.
I focus my energy on creating meaningful interventions that target the outcomes you want to achieve across three key areas, we know from experience, remain constant challenges for all leaders:
1/ How You Lead
2/ Collective Presence
3/ Coaching for Potential
Questions clients often bring to the table are:
Who am I as a leader?
How do I want to be experienced?
Whether you are a new leader or making a transition into more complex roles, I will help create the space for you to explore and develop your leadership presence, focus on building trusting relationships with key stakeholders and gain clarity of thought around your business priorities and strategic intent. Our coaching sessions will help identify where the personal stretch is for you and what actions you can take to realise untapped potential!
Julie (England)
With 20+ year's of work experience in learning and development, including heading national operations and an interim CEO post, I've gained experience in helping people find direction and get the best from themselves and others.
I understand the complexities, challenges and rewards of work and leadership. I've managed predecessors of my roles and co-workers who were previously in equal, or more senior posts to me. I've also led teams of employees, freelancers, partner organisations and volunteers; delivering high standard services, on tight budgets, with stretching targets and within periods of change. My coaching clients come from a wide range of sectors/organisations including global tech and social media companies, national and global charities, financial organisations, marketing/customer loyalty companies, train operators and the construction industry.
As well as coaching, I've designed and facilitated sessions for leadership programmes in London and New York.
If you are looking for help with: managing change, resilience, career direction, finding purpose in what you do, understanding yourself and others, developing as a people manager or, raising your profile to gain more career/life opportunities, I'd love to work with you as your coach.

If a client would like to add internal coaches to their pool it would be at their discretion. Know You More would undertake an on-boarding process with internal coaches to familiarise them with our technology and methodology. For the purposes of consistency and our belief in high-quality practice, we would ask that internal coaches engage with the CPD elements (laid out above) of Know You More.
As know you more, is now aligning itself to the EMCC accreditation pathway, internal coaches would be able to include CPD through Know You More should they wish to undertake their accreditation pathway.
