Please provide an overview of the relationship management model and support structure that clients offers

Clients of Know You More benefit from a relationship support structure that enables the minimal internal resource to provide the service and maximum support to deliver it effectively.

Relationship Manager:

Your dedicated relationship manager will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Know You More service. As well as a project set up, reporting and support they will also liaise with different business areas/divisions to ensure best practice in delivery. Where required and possible, they will be supported by a country lead who can support with local implementation.

Technical:

All users have access to a dedicated technical support in relation to the platform.

Experience Support:

All users have access to a dedicated service support in relation to their coaching experience.
