Where is your headquarters? What is the geographic reach of your offering?

We are based in Edinburgh, Scotland with a core team in the UK. Given our virtual nature, the diverse coaching community and their geographical spread our reach is only limited by the availability of a suitable internet connection.

Describe your client base and give examples, especially from Financial Industry and global corporates.

The accessible design of Know You More allows organisations of all industries, size and sectors to create a professional coaching provision. Our client base includes:

• SME enterprises including those in financial services: Thorntons Investments & Orbis Investments

• Global corporates including Novartis, Siemens and Ocado.

• Public sector organisations including the NHS and the British Council.

• Higher Education institutions including the University of St. Andrew's and University of Southampton.

• Third Sector Organisations including Oxfam.

Given the nature of our work as an organisation, it is critical that we operate with a high level of integrity and confidence. It is normal that in highly regulated industries we operate under a mutual NDA. Whilst this limits what we can share here, references can be made available on request.
